Maintenance Process Engineer

Aspen Aerogels is a rapidly growing aerogel technology company founded in 2001 to capitalize on patented advances in aerogel manufacturing.
Aspen has developed a proprietary aerogel material manufactured at scale and sold worldwide in the Electric Vehicle / Automotive, Construction, and Power Generation industries.
Aspen is both a Tier 1/2 Automotive supplier and has its product in several subsea projects worldwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Guarantee that the entire documentation process is maintained and updated.
Ensure maintenance of production efficiency.
Develop process improvements to reduce costs and increase production.
Write risk assessments for specific tasks.
Guarantee that processes comply with health, safety and environmental standards.
Design, test and authorize updates to new process systems.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or similar.
Demonstrated experience in maintenance processes.
Solid computer skills.
Great analytical skills and attention to detail.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to meet agreed deadlines and calendars.
Good problem solving skills.
Ability to prioritize your own time and workload.
