Maintenance Purchasing Coordinator
A **Maintenance Purchasing Coordinator** is responsible for carrying out the various steps in the purchasing process for the maintenance department of the hotel, from the order request and quotations with suppliers to order confirmation and file management.

As a **Maintenance Purchasing Coordinator**, you will work in the purchasing process of materials and equipment for the hotel's maintenance department and must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Receive purchase requisitions from various maintenance departments.
- Request prices for goods and materials from multiple suppliers.
- Review quotations and follow up on purchase orders.
- Maintain direct contact with suppliers to ensure the availability and delivery of required products.
- Assist the **Purchasing Coordinator** in preparing orders and their sequence.
- Manage pre-established purchase orders (Market List, etc.).
- Check daily reports on the receipt of products and materials.
- Report discrepancies between delivered goods and what was requested (quantity, quality, and price).
- Keep updated files of suppliers and alternative quotations for different types of products.
