This position will be responsible for order placement transactions, follow up on open orders, and collaborating with receiving to ensure timely receipt processing. Typical assignments related to consumable components. The MRO Buyer withing TJL serves at the primary owner of the supplier relationship and collaborates / coordinates information across multiple functional groups that can include Engineering, Operations, Planning, and coordination between the America's Supply Chain groups.General Responsibilities- Assists with maintaining proper inventory levels of materials used on a regular basis- Participates in the filling of purchase orders- Participates in the development of creating an accurate and efficient monitoring system- Assist with entering data into databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date supplier and vendor information, to track purchases and the status of orders and deliveries, and to generate purchasing reports and statisticsExperience / Qualifications- A university degree required (i.E.
