MANAGER DO?Plan, organize and direct preventive and corrective maintenance processes; as well as Infrastructure Projects guaranteeing operational efficiency, for the achievement of objectives and business continuity.ABOUT YOUYou must be a person with a degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related and a master's degree in Business Administration, you must also master the English and Spanish languages.**Responsibilities**:- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:- Develop strategies for the establishment of preventive maintenance programs for equipment, machinery and facilities according to the needs of the Company.- Correctly manage the annual budget and investment projects of the department.- Analyze the indicators and statistics of compliance with the maintenance programs, in order to achieve operational efficiency in the production areas.- Design and supervise the execution of improvement projects in the various processes and operations within the Company.- Direct the maintenance team to comply with the indicators and projects established for the area.- Report to Direction the indicators of the process under their responsibility, as well as the implementation of investment projects in the Company.- Comply with the provisions of comprehensive waste management, management of hazardous chemicals, emergency response and identify the environmental aspects and impacts of the area.Skills and Experience- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:- 5 years of experience in Management of the maintenance process in production processes, machinery, equipment, and support services.- 5 years of experience in people administration & 3 years of experience in continuous improvement processes.- PMI Project Management, PLC and HMI programming, Unit operations.- Quality management systems.- Budget Administration.- Scheduling management (evaluation, scheduling, control, analysis, balance and resource management)- PERSONAL QUALITIES- Team Worker, Efective Communicator.- Eficient adaptation to change, with great innovation and results-oriented.- You must be a person capable of planning and have an excellent organization.- Being able to develop staff, resolve conflicts, negotiate, analyze problems and make decisions.- OTHER- We are looking for people who are globally mobile and have aspirations to experience different cultures.Our cultureWe share the passion and entrepreneurial flair of our founder and are guided by our three culture pillars - Fearless, Family and Founders, they inspire our Primos to be the best they can be and drive us forward in all we do.
