Maintenance Superintendent

Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Supervise hiring, training and performance of Maintenance Supervisors.- Responsible for maintaining preventive maintenance program to ensure the maintenance schedules are met according to quality systems requirements.- Responsible for maintaining repairs routines on equipment as requested and maintain records.- Coordinate the activities to maintain good housekeeping in all the facilities.- Report unsafe working conditions to managements.- Coordinate repairs to equipment as necessary to maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment.- Ensure that all maintenance personnel are properly trained.- Preparation of reports requested by the maintenance department management.- Lead Cost Reduction Projects related to Maintenance routines and Purchase Orders on materials and tools related to maintenance.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor's degree (Engineering)- English: 80%- 5 years of experience as a supervisor in maintenance areas.- Experience in transfer projects.- Must be PC Literate.- Ability in handling maintenance documentation.- Performs a variety of tasks for fast paced projects.- Adaptability to change and guide with leadership.- Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.- Effective written and oral communicate skills.
