Customer Relationship Management
• Responsible for customer satisfaction due to the quality of service and meticulous communication.
• Responsible for the safety and performance of equipment.
• Responsible for the sale of service repairs.
• Responsible for the amount of sales leads, their quality, and further processing.
• Responsible for resolving customer complaints regarding service quality.
• Responsible for resolving customer complaints regarding billing related to maintenance work.

Service Operations
• Responsible for the safety of end-users, the workplace, and technicians.
• Responsible for delivering service according to service contract requirements, time constraints, and KONE's quality standards and local regulations.
• Responsible for controlling operational costs on-site and CMII.
• Responsible for the sale of call outs and service repairs.
• Responsible for the content and value of available inventory.
• Responsible for managing inspection visits by a designated institution and subsequent action points.
• Validates the service contract with technical conditions together with the seller.
• Responsible for supporting the maintenance of external equipment that will be part of LIS.
• Responsible for assisting KC3 in resolving conflicts in the allocation of technical call outs (priorities).
• Responsible for resolving and closing outstanding call outs and responding to stalled equipment and/or safety issues.
• Responsible for reducing call outs in their region.
• Responsible for checking invoices for call out service repairs that are not automatically billed.
• Responsible for the timely completion of scheduled maintenance visits.
• Responsible for planning scheduled maintenance and optimizing routes.
• Responsible for conducting audits on-site.
• Responsible for investigating accidents and following company policy regarding evidence control and internal reporting.
• Responsible for authorizing and controlling overtime.

People Management/Leadership
• Responsible for the performance of assigned technicians.
• Responsible for motivating and developing the competencies of maintenance technicians.
• Responsible for establishing and monitoring performance objectives for technicians.
• Responsible for communication with their technicians.
• Responsible for managing absence, backups, and planning call outs for technicians.
• Responsible for validating the technician's time data before it goes to payroll.
• Responsible for assigning equipment to the technician and balancing the workload of technicians.
• Responsible for defining the capacity needs for technicians and for the recruitment and selection process for technicians.
• Responsible for defining, authorizing replacements, managing the technician's tools, service vans, mobile phone/PDA, and other instruments.
