MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIESIs responsible to coordinate preventive, corrective or predictive maintenance activities as appropriate at the Juárez 1 facilities.Manages assigned maintenance resources in terms of personnel, machinery or as assigned.Monitors and corrects problems that arise in machinery or processes and establishes solid action plans when expected performance is not achieved (downtime, quality failures, productivity, etc.).Set daily, weekly, monthly or as appropriate compliance goals for your technicians and manage the progressive discipline process, always offering advice and guidance when there are disciplinary cases with your team of technicians.Serves as a technical expert and proactively supports other departmental functions with the common goal of achieving site objectives.Maintains close communication with their direct boss, departmental manager, and department coordinators to escalate issues, ask for support, contribute ideas, and cooperate with department metrics and tasks.Their communication is respectful, friendly and effective between the different levels of the organization. A medium level of English with the ability to read, write and interpret is recommended.Proficiency in the use of computer equipment, common software such as Windows, Office, Google, knowledge of Auto Cad, PLC's, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical control systems is recommended.Experience in electromechanical machinery processes is recommended since it is the main manufacturing of that site.Solid verifiable experience in supervision/management of technicians and machinery maintenance is required.Degree in mechatronic, electromechanical, mechanical, electronic, electrical or related engineering is preferred; Cases with truncated title or supervisory experience without title but with a minimum of 2 years verifiableACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITYBRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs and experiences.
