**Job Summary**
This position will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of CNC equipment and Robots, leading the maintenance team to ensure operational efficiency, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities in the assigned areas, prioritizing safety and quality in the work.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance of CNC equipment and Robots.
- Design and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs for CNC machinery and Robots.
- Train maintenance personnel in diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques.
**Required Education**:
A degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Administration Engineering, Electronic and Automation Engineering, Industrial Administration Engineering, or a related field is required.
Intermediate English is required.

- Knowledge of resource planning and management.
- Knowledge in budget monitoring.
- Ability to optimize resources.
**Problem Solving**:
- Advanced knowledge in identifying and resolving technical problems.
- Ability to analyze and document repetitive failures.
- Extensive knowledge in identifying symptoms, problems, and causes in CNC equipment and Robots failures.
**Manufacturing Equipment**:
- Technical knowledge of Mazak CNC equipment, Siemens, and Kuka robots.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems.
- Knowledge in adjusting parameters of different CNC systems and robots.
- Skill in interpreting technical manuals and electrical diagrams.
- Knowledge about certification tests for robots and CNC.
**Additional Information**:
- This position will be in Cienega de Flores.
- Work from Monday to Saturday.
- Availability to travel 5% internationally if required.
- Flexibility to work on weekends if required.
