We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for our Apodaca Plant.
Main responsibilities: Responsible for maintenance function, accountable & responsible for predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance for all equipment within an entity. Hierarchical management involving the elaboration, application & overall management of standardized processes and plans to ensure safety, quality, service / availability, cost. Strong contributor to continuous improvement. People management & budgetary accountability. Enforce safety & health rules & 5S. Manage the maintenance department according to continuous improvement mindset to guarantee the performance of industrial equipment (OEE, MTBF, MTTR). Be responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, well-being. Manage the TPM on the whole process to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and production lines. Decide, prioritize & implement with manufacturing the maintenance actions plan in order to maintain machines' original state. Manage the technical aspects for capability of all internal tools under responsibility of the plant. Responsible for the correct preservation of tools and equipment. Manage & optimize maintenance costs including spare parts inventory for internal and external production means. Organize the intervention of his/her team in the implementation and ramp-up of new workstations or production lines. Ensure consistency and updating of the maintenance information system (CMMS: Computerized Maintenance Management System) for internal means. Update and ensure the business continuity plan in terms of equipment and tools. For sites having a large Tooling activity, then job code can be ITT5 with below additional missions to manage. Ensure the manufacturability of the metallic components and their tooling and the implementation & qualification of the tools/processes. Bring locally his/her technical expertise within the industrialization team or Manufacturing Engineering team. Select, validate, introduce and standardize new technologies/processes locally. Qualifications: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles. Intermediate-Advanced English level. ERP system knowledge. PLC knowledge. Electrical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic knowledge.
