On jobsites across America and the world, WernerCo brands are most preferred.**Resumen**:- Lead and direct the Maintenance Department to ensure compliance with company reliability and safety standards for all manufacturing and facility support assets. - Manage department to ensure compliance with Operational Excellence Plan, OSHA, EPA and other regulatory compliance statutes. - Responsible for the planning and execution of lifecycle management of designated facility assets. - Lead, direct and develop staff to ensure department and company goals are met.**Responsabilidades**:**Key Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)**: - Assist with New Technology and New Equipment implementation as needed to support the growth of the organization. - Oversee the plants CMMS to ensure all scheduled and none scheduled maintenance task are met and on track. - Oversee MRO inventories are correct and adjusted to support the operation. - Perform root cause, and failure mode analysis as to ascertain machine reliability concerns. - Assist with new hire training and on boarding processes. - Enforce positive teamwork, with associates always. - Use cross training as the key focus for all employees' skills development. - Identify and implement training opportunities to further develop staff resources. - Manage projects to ensure compliance with establish timelines and budgets. - Drive the organization culture into a can-do attitude. - Provide technical and administrative leadership to all within the department. - Prepare and manage the department budgets to ensure accuracy of charges and budgeted guideline conformance. - Work closely with other departments to accomplish key Operational goals as outlined in the Goals and Objectives. - Other tasks and assignments as directed by supervisor.**Calificaciones**:**Experience & Education**: - 5+ years' progressive experience in a maintenance leadership role and which 3 years would have been in a durable goods manufacturing environment. - Bachelors or advanced degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline. - Experienced in OSHA, Environmental and compliance (30-hour OSHA Training Minimum) - CMM, Or MRM, certification preferred. Key Competencies: - Have a strong working knowledge of a wide variety of metal fabrication and durable goods manufacturing equipment. - Have strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills. - Must be familiar with full MS Office suite. - Must be proficient and comfortable troubleshooting equipment with OEM suppliers over phone and electronically
