Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-Engineer titled in the areas of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering- Minimum of 3 years in a similar position, machinery and equipment maintenance supervisor.- Minimum 3 years in reading and interpreting electrical, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic control plans.- Demonstrable competence in root cause failure analysis.- Control and analysis of critical parts for high inventory.- Solve complex problems in machinery.- KPI of the position: MTTR, MTBF, Down Time, TPM.- LEAN Methodology: A3, PDCA, DMAIC.- Demonstrable conversational and written English.
