Eaton's VEH NAT North America Truck division is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor.
**What you'll do**:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
A.Direct and coordinate the maintenance of plant machinery and production equipment in a cost effective method.
B.Support the production areas in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A.Advise staff personnel on daily production status.
B.Lead, coach, and guide skilled trades within the maintenance department.
C.Ensure effective maintenance and optimized uptime of all production and facility equipment.
D.Coordinate support involvement, if required, on projects or problems within the facility. (ie; Engineering, Quality, etc.)
E.Issue daily work orders and maintain work and equipment records.
F.Responsible for the development and implementation of an effective PM system. Oversee and balance PM schedules.
G.Work in conjunction with manufacturing and product engineers, providing project and daily support.
H.Effectively manage scheduled and unscheduled resource demands to maximize plant/equipment uptime.
I.Champion Cost Out Projects from the maintenance perspective
J.Lead full implementation of TPM thru the organization and facilitate training and resources for the implementation
K.Ensure the maintenance effectiveness through the MTTR (Main Time to Repair) and MTBF (Main Time between Failures) indicators.
L.Ensure expenses are meeting the forecast.
M.Participate in safety coaching. Provide EHS training (100% completion). Complete assigned EHS inspections. Respond to department EHS concerns. Enforce the rules. Include Safety topics in department meetings.
F.Promotes the company's mission and vision by actively supporting Eaton's ethics and values as well as quality policies.
G.Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results.

**Qualifications**:
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE.
A.Engineering degree or related fields required.
B.3 - 5 years' experience in a supervisory or management position within the maintenance, manufacturing or engineering environment.
C.English - language capability, speaking, reading & writing required
E.Knowledge of behavioral science, including the ability to motivate, counsel, and constructively deal with people at all levels.
F.Strong leadership skills must be capable of leading their organization on a continuous journey of sustained improvement.
G.Knowledge in maintaining high tech CNC/PLC equipment as well as manual machinery.
H.Understanding of State, National and OSHA required Electrical Codes.
I.General Knowledge of Heat Treatment furnaces and process.
J.Training and Development techniques in field of expertise.
K.Knowledge of machines and tooling for metal removal.
L.Knowledge of elements of machine design, operation and repair.
M.Manual and computer aided drafting techniques
N.Knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, thermodynamics, coolants and lubricants
O.Knowledge of product and process costing, plant layout, product engineering and capital justification.
P.Energy Management Knowledge
