**We are looking for a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR to be part of our team.
**

**The main missions of this role are**:

- To ensure proper flow of work in plant including breakdowns, projects and routine assigned PM's.
- To implement and suggest continuous improvement ideas concerning safety and overall plant operations while inputting feedback as a member of the Faurecia Team.
- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment, and in fabricating metal parts and tools.
**You are going to need these qualifications**:

- Industrial, Mechanical or related engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor in automotive industry.
- Experience with Maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic and MIG/MAG, Spot, Projection and Laser welding equipment.
- Problem solving, leadership and decision making skills.
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Advanced English skills
