Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs. Designs and develops organizational policies relevant to the facilities department. Supervises the coordination of distribution of spaces, communication services and expansion of facilities.May have responsibility for setting and monitoring health and safety standards. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Ensures the proper functioning of the equipment/machinery, as well as carrying out the analysis and implementation of improvement projects to reduce downtime.**Main Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the reliability of productive assets and infrastructure by leading maintenance strategies- Design and administration of planning and programming of maintenance to equipment, machinery, buildings and other facilities through the work and development of maintenance programs- Promote the improvement of maintenance processes to ensure the reliability of assets, implementing preventive and predictive techniques through the analysis of maintenance information- Collaborate with warehouse to ensure effective management of spare parts inventories- Generate the maintenance budget and implement controls to ensure zero financial variations- Responsible for daily management systems that support equipment reliability: work orders, root cause analysis, etc
