**What the role is**
This role is in charge of supervising all the maintenance procedures to collaborate with all the housekeeping and reception.
**What you will be doing**
Organize staff schedule
Create and follow up all Maintenance procedures
Identify facilities' issues and improvement opportunities and make an action plan
Inventory and stock of maintenance materials and place new orders when needed
Managing relations with contractors and providers of services and materials
Report to Rooms Manager and Location Manager
Maintenance processes
Collaborate with housekeeping and reception to perform small maintenance
Monitor budget: expenses for each service
Ensure that health and safety policies and being followed by workers
Suggest improvements for the department and create projects
**What you need for the role**
5+ years of experience with maintenance
Experience in planning of maintenance operations
Team management
Knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, electricity and painting
Knowledge in kitchen complex equipment maintenance is a plus
