To manage and supervise the necessary resources to ensure the dies be in optimal conditions to guarantee the quality and productivity in all the stamping lines.

Provide coaching to technicians for critical die problems.

Engineering changes implementation.

Coordinate activities according to World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards (particularly Autonomous and Professional Maintenance Pillar Activities) to guarantee the productivity and quality goals, through a systematic approach of planning and execution of die maintenance and die improvements through the use of new machining technologies (using design software and machining programs).

Position Requirements

5 years of experience in die technology

Metallurgical / mechanical / industrial engineer

Master in business administration

Knowledge in die process

knowledge in PM methodology

Knowledges

SMIRT

PENTASAP

TMS

WCM

CATIA and SMIRT knowledge

Budget management knowledge

Maintenance systems (corrective / preventive / predictive)
