Position: Maintenance Unit LeaderThis is a supervisor position with union people management. This supervisor must work between 3 different shifts.Responsibilities:Manage a team of maintenance personnel across multiple shifts.Apply basic-intermediate knowledge about PLC, hardware, software, and communication protocols.Utilize knowledge in hydraulic, pneumatic, electricity, mechanics, and control theory.Implement maintenance theory and problem-solving tools.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in mechatronics, electronics, or electrical engineering.Skills:High level of responsibility and availability.English proficiency of 80% - 90% in speaking, reading, and writing.At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
