As a MAINTENANCE TEAM LEAD, you will provide functional direction to assigned maintenance technicians to support maintenance work processes and asset reliability.
That Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work is performed and quality manner, ensuring overall plant equipment is operable and available.
You will report to a Maintenance Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the progress of the implementation of maintenance programs.
- Ensure that work is processed and performed observing the Asset Maintenance Work Process and other integrated processes.
- Coordinate shift and daytime maintenance activities according to maintenance schedules.
- Work together with the Operations Maintenance shift leader to establish priorities and compliance with Maintenance Cost control.
- Perform management of maintenance personnel assigned to perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance work, ensuring human resource allocation for work execution.
- Coordinate with the production area, the delivery of the equipment to be serviced, ensuring that they are in conditions to be intervened.
- Coordinate with the warehouse area, the delivery of the necessary parts for accomplishing the programmed services. Assign personnel and give priority for building preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance works.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in electronic, electrical or mechanical engineering.
- + 5 years of experience in maintenance areas.
- Root cause analysis methods.
- Intermediate - advanced English.
