Maintenance Technician

**Your Job**
As a Maintenance Technician at our Guardian plant in El Marqués, you will ensure that the assets under your responsibility are available to secure our production.

**What You Will Do**
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities in a timely manner, ensuring the continuous production of the plant while adhering to safety standards.
- Propose initiatives or projects to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and asset availability.
- Accurately diagnose equipment problems and implement appropriate solutions.
- Provide support for the installation of new equipment and acceptance testing.
- Contribute to the development of maintenance documents and procedures to standardize and improve activities and processes.
- Contribute to the implementation of programs that help improve the operational conditions of equipment (operational care).
- Execute activities focused on the reliability of equipment (reliability).
- Manage data processing in work orders within the system (software), ensuring proper follow-up until closure.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Availability to work in rotating shifts.
- Experience working in the maintenance area focused on electrical control.
- Experience working with RCA methodology.

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Studies in electrical, mechanical, electronic, or maintenance fields.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software.
- Basic English skills.
