If you enjoy solving problems that affect production lines and have a knack for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, we want you!Our TeamThe GSP division is dedicated to ensuring the stable operation and high performance of our production lines. You will be working closely with various departments such as Production, Process Engineering, Test Engineering, Quality, and the Machine Shop to maintain the productivity and efficiency of our equipment and tooling.What You Will DoEnsure machines and production lines run stably.Solve issues that impact production line productivity and performance.Maintain attrition and scrap levels as established by the company.Request and manage spare parts for assigned equipment.Conduct high-quality preventive and corrective maintenance according to company procedures.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Technical degree in Electronics, Instrumentation and Control, Electrical Mechanics, Mechatronics, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in a similar maintenance position.Proficient in interpreting electrical and schematic diagrams.Knowledgeable in the use of diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, ammeters, and verniers.Technical English proficiency.What Will Put You AheadExperience with SMT, BKN, plastic injection machines, high and low-pressure molding, laser marking and cutting machines, compressors, air-conditioning, and ABC Robots.Ability to keep learning, work well in a team, and possess excellent communication skills.Advanced knowledge of Excel and problem-solving techniques.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
