**Formula for success**:
- Handling and care of specific tools and measuring equipment.
- Responsible for the execution of the Maintenance Plan in a timely manner.
- Maintenance of facilities and services in general
- Operation and monitoring of service equipment (Compressor, Boiler, Hydropneumatic, D.I. Unit).
- Assisting and/or supervising plant contractor personnel
- Constantly check equipment and PLC status.
- Basic knowledge of control system programming.
- Attend to all work orders and provide solutions to all work orders in a timely manner.
- Keep the maintenance log up to date.
- Make requirements for consumables, spare parts, tools and/or software necessary to carry out all maintenance work.
- Keep updated and make constant consultations for the performance of their function.
- Maintain close communication with the production area.
- Perform all those functions inherent to the position.
- Execute maintenance routines, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, according to plan.
- Take amperage readings on storage tank pump motors.
- Receive, classify and order spare parts and material for the corresponding area.
- Report abnormal conditions of equipment for repair.
- Keep assigned areas clean and tidy, as well as the workshop and spare parts warehouse.
- Prepare work order reports (WO's) according to the tasks performed.
- Use personal protective equipment required for each activity and correct unsafe conditions
**Ingredients for success**:
- Technical Degree
- 2 years in similar position
- Knowledge of industrial tools,
- optimisation of preventive maintenance, maintenance equipment. Indispensable knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics, electricity and control.
- Must have knowledge of carpentry, welding, plumbing, as well as interpretation of diagrams and plans in general.
- Knowledge of areas and volumes.
- Must know how to handle tools and materials used in the maintenance of industries and premises.
