We have an immediate opportunity for a Maintenance Technitian to join us at our diverse team. The Maintenance Technitian will be responsible for maintaining the proper functioning of the equipment assigned, executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs at the extrusion area.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Strictly follow up EHS procedures and standards.
- Direct safety participation, usage of tag in/out LOTO procedure for equipment access.
- Reviewing and interpreate electrical diagrams, plans and technical drawings.
- Generate or modify machine programs, laser lincs, pullers, vulcans, coilers, inkjets, metal detectors, flame anealers and vacumm tanks.
- Implement corrective maintenances applied to his area, machines and equipmens.
- Execute preventive maintenance to equipment that is inactive during the week or programmed.
- Implement equipments or process improvements proactively.
- Identify, solve and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical problems in the production team.
**Background & Skills**:
- Electromecanic or Mechatronic Technical Degree Engineer carrer desired
- Experience of 1 year (Preferably) automated equipment.
- 2 years experience in preventive maintenance
- Interpretation of electrical diagrams
- Experience and skill in handling mechanical tools, electrical and electronic measurement equipment.
- Basic PLC programming skills
- Skill in troubleshooting through analysis
