Maitenancetechnician - Human Resources

**SUMMARY**

Assures building is in excellent operational conditions by following preventive maintenance instructions. Performs simple repairs to the building and equipment. Reports any need for maintenance

and/or janitorial services.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Performs preventive maintenance and repairs as directed by the maintenance and security supervisor and the facilities technician sr.
- Supports the maintenance team following instructions of the facilities technician Sr.
- Provides cleaning support to building exterior; parking lot, sidewalks and gardening.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Level of Formal Education:Some high school.
- Area of Study:

- Years of Experience:One to two years.
- Type of Experience:Experience in equipment repair and maintenance procedures
- Special Certifications or Technical Skills:

- Other/Preferred:General electrical, painting and plumbing knowledges
