**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:- Work with the market in **Tijuana**:- Generating enterprise business opportunities and managing the sales process through to closure of the sale.- Achievement of agreed quarterly sales goals.- Generate a sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and accurately forecast pipeline.- Responsible for sales reports- Management of the relationship with the different areas of the strategic enterprise accounts- Generate Account Planning with key Fortinet Partners.- Build marketing plans to drive incremental sales pipeline and revenues with development funds.- Understands the customer ecosystem and builds partnerships where appropriate to deliver against objectives.- Sells the organization's products and/or services through a consultative selling approach and maintains good relationships with key individuals within named accounts and partners- Responsible for expanding and retaining the client while ensuring ongoing excellent customer service- Effectively engages and builds cooperative relationships with sales resources: SE, Channel, Specialist sales team and executives as required.- Actively builds networks with contacts and the partner ecosystem that can contribute to Fortinet's success.- Identifies and qualifies opportunities, developing and executing the sales process.- Responsible for meeting assigned quota, typically not measured on sales volume alone. Forecast accuracy, pipeline generation, Heat Map and While Spaces approach, leveraging the renewal business (cross sell/up sell) along with account penetration and balanced sales growth are all important performance measures identified and tracked.- Partner with Fortinet marketing, Channel and engineering teams to drive revenue growth within region.- **Base location: Tijuana**Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certifications)**- BS or equivalent experience, graduate degree preferred- Spanish, English**Knowledge, Skills And Abilities**- Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales of security solutions preferably or in TI industry- **Mainly in Tijuana**- A proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability- Experience in closing large deals.- Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (one to one, One to few, One to many)- Solid skills to manage and maintain business relationships within customers and the partner ecosystem.- A self-motivated, independent thinker that can move deals through the selling cycle- Demonstrates strong sales skills and high level of technical and business acumen in both our industry and industry being sold into.- Demonstrates a breadth and depth of knowledge arrived through exposure to complex business situations.- Extensive successful demonstrable experience in a field sales role.- Bilingual (English & Spanish)- Experience in managed tools such as Sales Force- Experience developing and working with Business PartnersLI-PC4
