.The Makeup Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing, and executing effective marketing strategies to promote makeup products. She works closely with the sales team, design, and other departments to ensure that marketing campaigns are consistent with the brand and appeal to the target audience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of Marketing Strategies:Create and execute marketing plans that align with company objectives.Identify market opportunities and emerging trends in the make-up industry.Monitor the development and implementation of projects (launches, relaunches, events, activations) to ensure their timely and successful completion.Proposes ideas for events and animations at the point of sale and develops the 360° plan for each launch.Collaborates with suppliers to develop the PLV tools for the animation (local brochure, animation book, "teasing cards", t-shirt, etc.).Oversees the development of stands and podiums in the Trade and Display areas.Supports the Brand Manager in communicating with SOMs and BAs, and in delivering materials.Market and Competitive Analysis:Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.Produce reports and presentations on campaign performance and suggest improvements.Develops and analyzes monthly sales tracking by area, line, SKU, and animations to adjust marketing activities.Prepares a price analysis of Chanel vs competitors for your area.Assists the Brand Manager in creating presentations, feedbacks, calendars, reports, etc.Budget ManagementManage the assigned Budget for each project ensuring efficient use of resources.Interdepartmental Collaboration:Work closely with the commercial team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.Collaborate with the design department to ensure visual and brand consistency across all marketing materials.Coordinate with trade marketing team to launch new products and special promotions.What are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing position, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work autonomously and in a team.Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to generate original and effective ideas for marketing campaigns.Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on market analysis and campaign performance.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Flexibility to adjust marketing strategies in response to changes in the market and business needs.Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Excel & Power BI.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Self-motivated, team player, strong at collaborative working relationships
