.MSCI is seeking a Managed Services Operations Analyst as part of our Global Managed Services Operations team. As a member of our team, this candidate will be responsible for managing, diagnosing, investigating, and resolving client's workflows; monitoring key batches that are processed 24x7. The Managed Services Operations Analyst will work with Implementation Managers, Consultants, product developers, and support teams across all our regions: EMEA, Asia, and Americas; and market segments, including banks and brokerages, hedge funds, asset managers, wealth managers, and pension plans. Currently, the Managed Service Operations group is present in Monterrey, Manila, and Mumbai.The ideal candidate should be attracted to work in a global team and have acquired strong technical skills with a basic knowledge of financial risk management methods.
