Thus, successfully differentiating Adenza from our competition and contributing to the net growth of our business while offering intense and excellent career development opportunities.Team and Role OverviewAdenza seeks a Management Analyst for our global Cloud Services business with a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.As a Management Analyst, you will be engaged to act quickly and thoroughly on both strategic and tactical initiatives across all areas of the delivery business. From a data perspective, you will need to rapidly identify trends, understand the impact to the business, draft potential solutions and then present the findings through engaging storytelling and collaborative sessions to arrive at actionable business outcomes.**Responsibilities**:Collaborates with key stakeholders across the organization to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the business.Collects and analyzes financial reports, procedures, system design, and other data useful to identify opportunities for improvement.Coordinates, drives, and minutes cross-functional meetings, summarizing actions and following up.Assesses current practices and documents, records, and reports on findings.Makes recommendations for improvements, which may include new practices, forms, reports, data collection, and/or changes based on assessments of current practices.Facilitates integration of new divisions, teams, or other business segments with existing ones.Collaborates with employees to facilitate the successful implementation of new systems and procedures.Promotes, tracks, and measures compliance with program changes by creating and implementing appropriate data collection, reporting, and/or recordkeeping processes.Reviews results of program changes for efficacy; makes or recommends further adaptations as needed for continual improvement.Performs other related duties as assigned.Skills and RequirementsThorough understanding of business and management principles, especially those involved in strategic planning, human resource modeling, project delivery, service delivery, and the allocation of resources.Superior written and verbal communication skills.Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.Strong technical skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word.Proven ability to meet deadlines, work on many projects simultaneously, and work in a team environment in a corporate setting.Ability to consistently uphold brand and style guidelines and communicate and potentially teach these standards to others internally.Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management
