**YOUR TASKS**
- Execution of specific officer support and administration tasks, including cross department and multicultural environment
- Supporting the head of organization unit and direct teams in work tasks
- Preparation and accounting of team trips accordingly with given guidelines
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Supporting incoming inquires cross functional / multicultural teams tasks.
- Support, coordination and lead on customer and internal relevant visits as well as events
- Helping to drive key initiatives and support on critical meetings, documenting actions and team follow up.
- Lead on key work environment initiatives and constant improvement activities
- Support on executive presentations, data gathering, arrangements and finetune.
- General knowledge of the purchasing process for EPW
- Enter invoices in the systems and Quotation process.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Intermediate Office knowledge
- English proficient
- Task / objective oriented
- Problem solving and overachiever.
