They will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with internal policies and regulations.Main Responsibilities And ActivitiesEnsure adherence to financial objectives.Deliver financial reports in a timely manner and of excellent quality.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory statements.Generate monthly income statements, balance sheets, aging reports, and inventory reports.Coordinate and support the audit process.Responsible for proper supervision, training, and personnel administration reporting to the position.The Manager Accountant will assume responsibility as a Manager Finance during the absence of the employee in charge.Overview all kinds of taxes related to the property.Maintain and protect contracts, licenses, leases and assure compliance.Must be capable of maintaining good relations with the departments within the resort, Corporate, and Owners to promote effective internal control.Must have full knowledge about all accounting areas within the Resort, F&B cost control, and payroll.To prepare annual performance evaluations for colleagues reporting to the position. Identify strengths and opportunity areas related to promotions or salary increases.Complete any other assigned tasks by Finance Manager or DOF.About You.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel accounting, in a luxury or ultra-luxury property.English intermediate - advanced.Strong knowledge in USALI.Attention to detail and analytical skills.Experience with financial reconciliations.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Knowledge about Opera, Micros, Hyperion, iScala systems.Our brand is expanding faster than ever before.
