Today, we operate manufacturing facilities in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Finland, Australia and Austria, with a workforce made up of close to 23,000 spirited people, all driven by the deeply held belief that at work, as with life itself, it's not about the destination; It's about the journey..POSITION OBJECTIVEProvide assistance to Area Manager in daily activities to successfully manage business activities and achieve company goals.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage the Managers's agendaCoordinate travel requests for Managers (flights, hotel reservations, car rental, HRG profile)Create expense reports, as well as area expense reports if needed (invoice requests, via Concur/Axos)Monitor travel expenses compliance to corporate guidelinesCoordinate, translate documentsCreate and send memos from ManagersKeep meeting minutes when requiredOrganize and maintain confidential documentsManage confidential information with extreme care and trustSupport in visit requirements, including agenda, hotel and transportation arrangements, security equipment, coffee break, dinner reservations.Do travel arrangements for other employees (if needed and in agreement with Manager's mandates)Attend phone calls, organize phone conferences, virtual meetingsCoordinate shipping requirements (FEDEX, DHL etc.)Create reports according to area demandsActive participation on activities related with Health and SafetyAny other task or responsibility assigned by the ManagersCoordinate as needed with other Assistants for compliance, coordination, and support functionsCreate and follow up on purchase requisitions, as well as purchase of office requirements when neededCreation of Service desk tickets for IT and Maintenance requestsIf needed, handling personal issues from Director to allow optimization of efforts in the plantFollow BRP values and behaviorsEnsure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.Enforce Quality BRP policyYOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSAdvanced EnglishTrips and visits coordination.Microsoft officePurchasing orders elaborationAgenda administration**Education**:Bachelor's degree**Experience**:Min
