**Descripción**:
We are searching for a leader with experience in the ATM services business in the operations and/or technology areas.
The Manager, AMS Implementation LATAM will support the growth of Brink's Global ATM Managed Service business in the LATAM region by onboarding new customers into our Regional Operations Centers, developing and maintaining operations processes for within those centers, and monitoring and reporting on centers' performance for customers serviced through them.
This role plays a key part in turning Brink's vision of centralized support for global bank customers into an operating reality.
Brinks is building multiple operations centers around the globe, and this position, working with the Global ATM product Team and peers in other Regional Operations Centers, will manage all customer onboarding and support for this region.
The individual in this role will support ATM Managed Services customers.
When a customer engages Brinks, numerous processes will launch to begin bringing its ATMs—anywhere from hundreds to potentially thousands—onto Brink's platforms.
This individual will drive the onboarding process for each customer to bring Brink's support live for their ATM estate.
**Responsabilidades**:

- Launch, track, and solve problems to bring ATM Managed services customers onto Brinks support platforms in our Regional Operations Centers - Establish and track timelines for customer onboarding projects - Maintain and evolve existing processes, and create new ones, as part of the onboarding process "playbook" - Coordinate across different parties for onboarding and ongoing operations, including customers, vendors, operating staff and Brink's in-country operations - Coordinate activities among Brink's Global ATM team, including project management and business analyst support for new customer needs - Perform other duties as assigned

**Escolaridad**:
Bachelor´s degree

**Experiência**:
**Conocimientos**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in the ATM, banking or payments industry - Minimum of 2 years work experience in a customer facing role - Minimum of 4 years work experience using Microsoft Office suite (Visio, Word, Project, Excel, and PowerPoint)

**Competencias**:

- Must be proactive and have a bias for action - Strong consultative, analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills - Must have the ability to work independently and manage your own time - Detail oriented with strong organizational skills - Must have a strong customer focus

**Habilidades**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills - Fluency in English as well as Spanish

**Horario**:
Monday to friday
