**Manager Business Continuity and Incident Management**

**Role purpose**:The position is responsible to attend and track all activities related with governance, internal and external audits and reviews, operational resilience activities, BCIM evaluations for third parties, awareness and training, internal administrative activities, update and maintenance of BCIM tools.The jobholder may help with the implementation of business continuity and incident management activities across all departments in HBMX & LAM.The position involves close co-ordination and clear communication with Region, Senior Management, Business and Functions across the region and close interaction with all functional support Teams to ensure timely escalation or resolution of any business constrints.B
**Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- Ensure that the BCIM Team provides a single, primary point of contact for all Business Entities for all BCIM related queries.
- Ensure attention and follow-up to internal and external audits manage and provide the evidence requested.
- Rollout and implementation of BCIM activities related with Operational Resilience project.
- Responsible for responding to TPEM requests to review vendors from a Business Continuity perspective.
- Implement and track the BCIM training and awareness program in HBMX and LAM.
- Responsible for BCIM governance related topics.
- Developing and maintenance of BCIM Tools.
- BCIM internal administrative activities.
- Lead the correct implementation of BCIM standards, policies and procedures.
- Lead the correct implementation of local regulatory requirements.
- Point of contact to ensure all the areas are on track of completing all activities required in BCIM policies and local regulation requirements.
- Ensure HBMX & LAM GB & GF are on track of completing all BCIM activities.
- Support Incident Management activities and framework implementation.
- Support activities related with Business Interruption and Incident Risk controls.
- Plan for and manage the business response for a major incident.
- Send emergency notifications by ENSY (Everbridge) when need it.
- Work with TPM´s, Procurement, GB & GF to provide information needed for third-party assessments.
- Work with Regional BCIM Team for all BCIM topics required by Countries.
- Ensure participation in Business Continuity trainings and share reports.
- Provide clear direction, support and guidance to BCIM Regional Teams.
- Provide clear direction, support and guidance on BCIM topics to GB & GF and to key stakeholders.
- Advise GB & GF on the development, maintenance, testing of their business continuity plans.
- Continue re-assess of the Business Continuity program considering changing in Business conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures, management restructures and the impact of new technology in conjunction with the growing business needs.
- Support quality assurance of BCIM program implementation across GB & GF.
- Identify and escalate areas of improvement, document action plans and support remediation actions.
- Compliance with audits, regulatory requirements, governance forums by assuring a high quality of deliverables.
- Ensure all BCIM documentation is updated and available as required.
- Feedback to TPEMs on vendor reviews from Business Continuity perspective.
- All BCIM issues are resolved successfully.
- Incident and Crisis Management activities covered properly (IM Procedures).
- Compliance with Business Continuity local regulation requirements.
- Major incidents and contingencies are managed successfully.
- Active engagement on BCM related activities.
- Effective and timely communication with GB, GF and Key stakeholders.
- Comply with Global, local and regulator business continuity policies.
- Quality assurance reports.
- Feedback from key stakeholders and senior management.
- Controls and reports to prove that an effective BCIM program is in place.

- Prior experience in the implementation of Business Continuity and Incident Management in the financial sector is highly desired.
- Fluent in English (strong verbal and written skills).
- Experience in Risk Management.
- Local Regulation knowledge.
- Knowledge of the Company.
- Strong skills managing Microsoft suite (word, ppt, etc.)
- Strong skills managing Excel.
- Skills on program management.
- Strong communication and management skills.
- Effective planning, project, and customer relationship management.
- Understanding Third-Party process.
- Understanding and knowledge on audits and reviews (internal and external).
- MBA.
- Certified with BCI UK or DRII USA (CBCP)
- Experience in audit or quality assurance is highly desired.
- To continually re-assess Country Business Continuity Plans by identifying risks, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures, management restructures,
