Summary:
Ingredion is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced change management professional to help build change adoption and capabilities to deliver value to Ingredion and our customers.
The Change Management Manager will lead change initiatives and design and deliver change strategies that drive adoption for key global transformation programs across Ingredion.
They will play an important role on our newly formed team to help develop and embed change management tools and process best practices across the company.
Core Responsibilities:
- Partner with Change Management Team to embed and sustain a strong change management function
- Partner with business leaders across the organization to drive the successful implementation of the transformation, and deliver desired adoption outcomes and benefits for Ingredion and our customers
- Deliver change strategies consistent with Ingredion's change management framework for a cohesive approach
- Change strategy elements and deliverables include: leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement and readiness assessments, change impact measurement, communications and training planning and execution
- Motivate and encourage support by ensuring leaders and employees understand and are engaged in the change process
- Identify potential points of challenge and recommend essential behavioral and systemic changes to advance the transformation
- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership transformation efforts relating to change adoption and benefits realization
- Identify and provide leadership for change advocates within the stakeholder community to create employee understanding and influence successful change
- Coach project teams and stakeholder across the organization in change management practices to increase their effectiveness in driving sustainable change for Ingredion
- 5 -7 years experience in Change Management or Organizational Development roles
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
MBA preferred
- Proven experience leading successful large-scale digital and organizational change efforts
- Strong business sense and ability to align change management approach to business needs
- Experience working in project delivery and ability to balance and deliver change management within constraints and competing priorities
- Good working knowledge of industry-standard Agile or project management lifecycles
- Financial knowledge to ensure change efforts are aligned with desired business benefits
- Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization, including at C-level
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Strong written and communication skills
