- El equipo de comunicaciones generales trabaja en proyectos de comunicación interna y externa, incluyendo la creación de sitios web e intranet, gestión de medios, relaciones públicas y comunicados de prensa. Ayuda con la implementación de un programa de comunicaciones estratégicas para ayudar a desarrollar una imagen de marca.
**Resumen del rol**:
**This position will play a key role in the LAR N region acting as a partner to the business to connect, inspire and inform all the audiences of Whirlpool Corporation's vision, values, leadership model, and strategic agenda and customer centricity, at LAR N and NAR (responsible of communication at manufacturing sites in México)**
**Ensure and enhance Whirlpool Corporation's corporate reputation through interconnecting three big pillars**:
**1- internal communication and culture**
**2-corporate social responsibility**
**3- public relations strategies.**
**Aligned the global strategy of CSR to the LAR Norte region, which includes Mexico, Andean and CCV and maximize Whirlpool's impact on society, promoting social responsibility and strengthening our presence in the community.**
**Key ally for the positioning of the Executive Vice President and President of Latin America in social media and key events in the region.**
**Tus responsabilidades incluirán**:
- **Enable business performance by developing internal communication strategies for the region.**:
- ** Drive to increase corporate reputation in the LAR N region and protect it.**:
- ** Responsible of LAR N President positioning in LAR**:
- ** Member of the leadership communication team to align internal and external communication of Whirlpool Corporation.**
- ** Direct relationship with LAR President, Regional VPs and Regional Directors.**
- ** Relationship with companies for the development of joint impact projects.**
- ** Relationship with the government in specific events**
- ** Full responsibility of aligned internal events (Posada, Growing with Whirlpool, Loyalty Recognition, key dates celebrations) at the manufacturing and in LAR N.**
- ** Close collaboration with PR Agency to manage interviews, generation of key messages.**
- ** Work very closely with the regional responsibles of CSR to develop an strategy.**
- ** Create new strategis of new ways and channels of communication.**
- ** Increase employee participation and engagement within LAR North.**
- ** Drive corporate social responsibility planning and improve current outreach.**
**Requerimientos mínimos**:
**Bachelor's Degree in Design, Marketing or Communications**
**B.A. in Public Relations**
**Master's degree in design, marketing or business is desirable.**
