.Lugar: Goodyear-SLP, S de RL de CVRepresentante de Adquisición de Talento de Goodyear: SONIA NIETOLI-SN1**Primary Purpose of the Position**:- Reporting directly to the Director, Compliance & Ethics - Americas, with matix reporting to the Associate General Counsel-Latin America, the Manager Compliance & Ethics Americsa - Latin America is responsible for assisting with the design, coordination, implementation and administration of the LA ethics and compliance program, policies and practices and to help develop and execute ethics training and awareness initiatives in the region, and to work collaboratively with the Americas and LA Law Departments and other functions (Internal Audit, Human Resources, Finance, Controller, Import/Export, Security, etc.) to facilitate comprehensive coverage, lead and/or manage investigations, and drive a culture that acts with honesty, integrity and respect.**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:- Provide proactive management of the Company's compliance programs, with particular focus on the LA region. Work with the Associate General Counsel-Latin America, the Americas and LA Law Departments and Managing Directors throughout LA to identify and mitigate key compliance risks, update and develop communication plans, including for LA, related to Goodyear's Business Conduct Manual, online training and compliance and ethics policies and programs, in order to support a strong ethical culture. Enhance, monitor and assist in the implementation of the anti-bribery compliance program.- Manage ethics and compliance activities, including day-to-day interface with employees to answer questions and provide assistance with resolving compliance-related issues, including organizing and implementing Compliance Weeks in LA and leading and/or managing investigations. Work with various functions, including HR and IA leaders, on investigations to improve the closing time.- Prepare reports and meeting materials for (A) the Director Compliance and Ethics Americas and Associate General Counsel-Latin America relating to progress on investigations, training metrics, and due diligence process, and (B) the LA Compliance and Ethics Committee, including disciplinary recommendations. Track laws, regulations and industry best practices impacting the Company's, Americas's and LA policies.- Update, develop and implement training on compliance topics and programs, in order to support a strong ethical culture. Provide continuous training and education on Compliance topics with the preparation of compliance communications, including arranging for translations as needed.
