TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.- Diagnose and define TEOA strategic initiatives to support the INDUSTRIAL AMERICAS organisation- Ensure implementation and execution of defined strategic plans- Meet operational transformation and CI targets through Projects implementation on AMERICAS level**Responsibilities**:- Develop and agree on necessary strategic initiatives based on our INDUSTRIAL AMERICAS targets with the relevant stakeholders and ensure the AMERICAS-wide implementation- Analyze the gaps and potentials in TEOA related processes based on company priorities and create a common understanding and alignment across AMERICAS organization- Organize workshops with the organization to identify CI opportunities and Best Practices sharing- Run CI projects on AMERICAS level to close identified gaps- Conduct SL preparation audit and support the AMERICAS plants in achieving SL TEOA requirements- Identify knowledge gaps and develop and execute training plans at all levels accordingly**Qualifications**:- University Degree electrical or mechanical engineering, or related field- **8 years of experience** at a multi-site and across different countries' CI program- Certified Lean **Six Sigma Green Belt**, MBB preferred- **Fluent in English** both spoken and written- Experience in Operations and manufacturing technology, engineering and product quality as well as Supply Chain- Ability to cooperate with people of different levels inside/ outside the company and to interact with team to reach team goals and business objectives- Good strategic thinker- Highly energized and self-motivated with experience working with teams to implement change- Can communicate with all levels and in different cultural settings to get everyone on board- Strong planning/organization & time management skills- Track record of successful project management- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, utilize process and value stream mapping, and draw valid conclusions- Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively- Working knowledge of the manufacturing processes**At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.
