This role will be focused on the success of the American Express colleague engagement programs, inclusive of donations and volunteering. The role will be a part of an international colleague engagement and community impact team, with the main focus being driving the Latin American based colleague community initiatives and managing key non-profit partnerships that work across Latin America.This role will develop, launch, and manage ongoing community-based programs within Latin America, supporting the strategic priorities of the Global Community Impact team.Responsibilities:Be the Latin America colleague engagement champion, overseeing and coordinating Latin American volunteer and donating efforts across Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Mexico.Manage the relationship with current community and non-profit partners, identifying other external partners / vendors to execute the Corporate Sustainability strategies in collaboration with the CS global team.Drive the strategy and support of the HOLA Colleague Network globally, while also supporting local colleague network and business team volunteering efforts.Manage internal procedures (compliance and otherwise) that are relevant to Corporate Sustainability requirements.Support efforts across North America including Canada and the United States on an ad-hoc basis, as appropriate.Support applicable Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives and contribute to ESG reporting efforts in Latin America as needed.Manage external communications as they relate to the ESG and CS team.Minimum Qualifications:4-6 years of experience in either philanthropy, corporate sustainability, communications or ESG.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with colleagues across all levels of the organization
