Experience: Minimum of five years in cost estimation, including at least five years in a managerial role. Certifications: Professional certification, such as Certified Cost Professional (CCP), is a plus. Industry Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing sectors like injection molding, sheet metal, and CNC processes. Technical Skills: Proficient in 3D CAD tools and estimating software. Analytical Mind: Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. Leadership: Proven leadership and team management capabilities
