In this role, you will oversee the performance, development, and day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that all video and data labeling tasks are completed with accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards while also driving team engagement and process improvements. The ideal candidate is a strong people manager with experience in high-volume environments, attention to detail, and a passion for safety and operational excellence.This is a remote position open to candidates based in Mexico City or the surrounding metropolitan area.
