You will collaborate closely with senior business stakeholders in the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) organization and other organizations within Pfizer, and help drive data-driven decision-making across the marketing organization. You will be responsible for developing new capabilities including enhancing our marketing measurement and optimization frameworks and delivering actionable insights that inform and optimize marketing efforts.The ideal candidate is an expert in data science with experience in marketing analytics and working in diverse and cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between data, technology, and people.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESHelp measure and drive optimization of Pfizer's media investments via both technology and process enhancements.Develop impact measurement experimentation solutions (A/B testing, ANCOVA, Econometrics models, etc.).Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing analytics capabilities with broader business objectives, fostering collaboration and effective decision-making.Design, develop, deploy and maintain reusable assets and custom pipelines to optimize operational efficiencies in analytics execution.Be a hands-on teammate who knows how to code in Python/R/SQL and able to communicate the results to the business stakeholders.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBA/BS plus 3-5 years of work experience as a data scientist and project lead for a diverse range of projects.STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) majors with quantitative emphasis such as Actuarial Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering.Fluent in English, both written and verbal.Advanced proficiency in R, Python, Excel and analytics platforms.Experience with the application of statistics and data science techniques such as machine learning or similar quantitative approaches to solve real-world analytical problems.Good communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise insights for diverse audiences.Collaborative and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
