.The Sales Support Senior Supervisor is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to provide a full range of sales support activities in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. The overall objective of this role is to drive the seamless delivery of support services to sales people and client segments.Responsibilities:Manage a team by coaching members, conducting performance evaluations, and recommending personnel action such as hiring and disciplinary actions.Advance business support engagements by coaching, instructing, and motivating sales partners.Advise and build relationship with sales team/leadership by resolving scenario questions and navigating internal resources and guidelines.Apply in-depth sales knowledge and industry expertise to develop and continually enhance sales practices to meet and exceed production goals.Maintain compliance and legal standards established by the company.Manage internal process and procedure execution and sustainability.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.Qualifications:2-5 years of relevant experience.Previous sales, call center and management experience preferred.In-depth knowledge of business development techniques and sales processes.Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards.Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.Education:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
