Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling content and targeted initiatives.Strategy: Craft and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility.Web Development: Develop and host responsive web applications optimized for SEO, localization and personalization using modern development languages and hosting/CDN platforms.Manage platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube, while staying current on social media trends.Monitor and respond to client reviews across platforms like Google Business Profile.Develop campaigns to boost online ratings and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).Assist in developing brand materials, including graphics, blog posts, articles, and other content for digital channels.Ensure consistency across all platforms, including website optimization.Build and maintain engaging email campaigns; establish domain warm-up and oversee deliverability.Utilize marketing automation tools to architect and build event-triggered workflows across multiple mediums, craft personalization at scale, and implement AI/Bot automation.Apply basic cybersecurity best practices to protect customer data and ensure compliance with regulations like CCPA.Minimum Requirements:Be a resident of Mexico or have permission to work in the country. (Mandatory)Bachelor's degree in web development, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 6 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2C lead generation for high consideration products/services.Web Development: Proficiency in using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SSJS, Python, PHP, REST/JSON API clients.Knowledge of WordPress or similar hosting platforms and Content Delivery Networks (CDN) like CloudFront is essential.Proficiency in visualization tools like Power BI, or Google Data Studio for creating dashboards and visualizing marketing data.Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce, Sherpa or Hubspot for managing customer data and marketing automation.Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation tools such as HubSpot Marketing Hub, ActiveCampaign, or Marketo to build event-triggered workflows across multiple mediums
