As a Manager in the Digital Solutions organization in the FindLaw group, one ensures high-quality execution of projects through leadership skills, effective team management, and cross-functional collaboration.This Manager will work closely with other leadership both within Digital Solutions and in conjunction with other business units in Thomson Reuters to implement consistent standards for Spanish and English content, website design, and digital marketing to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.About the RoleIn this opportunity as a Manager, Digital Solutions you will:Production:Achieve deliverable time frames and promote a high level of staff utilization and productivity.Analyze and report key measurements of processes implemented.Recommend and manage external supplier relationships.Address escalated client and business issues and bring them to a positive resolution.Strong focus on finding solutions and driving execution.Manage a cross-functional team with Spanish and English skills that will perform various tasks to reach business and customer objectives.Create and standardize our Spanish language strategy for content, design and digital marketing.Team Management:Assist team members in formulating development plans that support overall business objectives.Motivate and manage team members to achieve high levels of performance.Provide team members with targeted, timely and effective feedback.Set expectations with team members, including holding individuals accountable and coaching to expectations.Identify and recommend training needs/opportunities for the team.Work with business leaders to manage resourcing needs.Prepare performance reviews as instructed by the business.Coach, mentor, and performance manage team as needed.Participate in the interviewing and selection of new team members.Identify process improvement needs, recommend solutions, and implement changes.Collaborate, cross-functionally, to quickly identify issues and resolve to the customer's satisfaction.Keep abreast of digital marketing and social media trends, strategies, platforms, and tools.Identify opportunities with AI and automation to improve performance outcomes for clients.Evaluate and recommend digital marketing best practices and tools.Manage change within the team and the organization.Partner with stakeholders in planning and implementation of new business solutions.Identify innovative approaches to evolve customer strategy and how we deliver on those strategies.About YouYou're a fit for the role if your background includes:3 + years experience in leading a cross-functional team, preferably content, design, and digital marketing.1-2 + years of people management experience or mentoring/coaching experience
