1. The District Manager is responsible for all company activities in the assigned District; Sales, Business, Operations, HSE, logistics, administration and management of assets and resources.2. You must carry out visits and meetings with current Clients, as well as possible future clients, to offer, promote and market our products, equipment and services.3. You must prepare technical and commercial proposals, as well as participate in the Tenders that are of interest to the company.4. Plan the logistics of preparation, assignment and monitoring of installation, operation, maintenance, repairs and dismantling in all the places where we are providing our services, optimizing the company's Resources.5. Personally coordinate all field operations of personnel and equipment.6. Coordinate the movements of the equipment and logistics companies (crane and transport) for the facilities, major repairs and dismantling of the equipment.7. Follow up on installations and dismantling, progress and improvements on them.8. Monitor, inform and support all the activities of field operations in each of the places where we provide our services.9. Keep the Operations Manager informed and documented of all the status of field operations.10. Verify and audit compliance with the company's HSE program, making sure that the personnel under their charge comply with this point.11. Carry out operational visits to the different work fronts, suggesting recommendations to the Client for improvements and following up on them.13. Review and filter requests for materials generated by at job sites15. Carry out Field Operational Visits, carry out customer satisfaction surveys, and maintain the communication record with the same.16. Attend meetings in a timely manner when and where the client requires it.17. In coordination with Human Resources, carry out strict control of field personnel in accordance with corporate Policies.18. Deliver weekly reports of income from rents and sales to Operations Management.19. Keep a monthly record of inventory and use of equipment.20. Make requisitions of meshes and spare parts for your operations and for sales, maintaining a minimum inventory that guarantees the development of your district.
