_**Metal mechanic company, requires EHS manager**_**Education**: Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university in Engineering or the physical sciences.**Experience**:Experience: Six to eight years' experience and/or training in the global region; or equivalent combination of education and experience in environmental, health, safety.**Tasks to perform**:- Conduct and coordinate EHS training to educate leaders, supervisors, and workers on safety policies, laws, and practices.- Develops employee training programs, emergency contingency plans, written security communications plans, and policies and procedures.- Identify training needs and develop on-going employee training programs, Emergency Contingency Plan, written safety communications, facilitates Business Continuity Planning for the region, policies and procedures.- Empower first line supervision and management to implement multifaceted Environmental Safety and Health program.
