**Minimal work experience**- 5 years professional experience in a transportation, logistics or supply chain management related role, preferably within the 3PL industry.- Proven working experience in managing and developing team.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills**Roles & Responsibilities**:- Monitoring the quality of service provided by the company's employees to ensure they are meeting or exceeding customer expectations- Evaluating employee performance and making recommendations for improvement where needed- Ensuring that all company policies are followed to prevent any potential legal liability for the company- Ensuring that all customer requests are handled in a timely manner- Reviewing training needs to ensure that employees have adequate knowledge to perform their jobs- Performing audits to determine if processes are being followed correctly, and identifying areas for improvement- Produce reports of team activities and performance for higher management.
