Manager, Engineering

The Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for the technical product throughout the product and design life cycle.General ResponsibilitiesLeads the development of our products for new and existing customers.Moderates the efficient and effective planning and organization of the activities to timely deliver product or design with the highest quality.Translates customer requirements to the product test strategy and oversees design and product validation programs.Supervises involvement in projects and problem-solving outside of own direct area.Identifies the next generation of growth opportunities and supports the smooth integration of new product developments and plans the roll-out of new technology.Provides continuous coaching and development of team.Experience / QualificationsA university degree required (i.E.
