Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing projects, guiding technical teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and driving innovation to achieve organizational goals.Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technical staff, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.Set clear objectives, evaluate performance, and foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.Develop talent within the team through coaching, training, and professional development initiatives.Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.Able to identify Department growth path to support the Corporation Casting Strategy.Oversee engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality requirements.Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project outcomes.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Provide technical leadership and expertise in engineering disciplines relevant to the organization's products or services.Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to develop new products and improve existing ones.Capable to design and/or solve problems in the following Engineering fields: Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electronics, Mechanical and Electrical.Preferred Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical and Electrical), no Industrial Engineering.Experience in a transformation metal mechanical industry preferred.Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in engineering roles with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership
