**Manager, Fan Information - Mexico**:

- Sitting within the Operations Department, Fan Operations along with Dressing and Signage,
Venue Management, Team Services, Competition Management, Broadcast and Media
Operations aims to deliver the most engaging, innovative, and accessible World Cup
experience for all players, fans, partners, and the community.
Fans travel from around the globe and may be unfamiliar with the stadiums and cities hosting
the event. The Fan Information sub-project provides these visitors with all the information they
need for an exceptional FIFA World Cup experience. This involves ensuring comprehensive
platforms, and on-site at the stadiums and host cities.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Stadium & Venue Management, the Fan Information
Manager will help serve Fan Operation's efforts to deliver the FIFA World Cup 2026 in Mexico.
The main responsibilities of the Fan Information Manager Mexico for the FIFA World Cup 2026
include:
- Managing the gathering and dissemination of fan information pertaining to Stadiums,
- Host Cities & Airports for Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey.
- Ensuring all information for the Mexican stadiums is present in the online Fan
- Information Hub and on other relevant channels.
- Assist in running the change management strategy for Mexico.
- Works with the Fan Operations Manager Mexico to fill any information gaps and help facilitate communication.
- Ensure all fan facing information is appropriate for the Spanish speaking market and ensure all Spanish translations are accurate and are appropriate for the fans.
- Help ensure both physical and digital fan journeys remain fully aligned and complementary.
- Assist in the development of the FIFA Tournament Application as it pertains to the information needed for fans in Mexico.
- Facilitate customer service in Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Monterrey Stadiums.

- Fluent in English & Spanish. French proficiency is a plus.
- Understanding of technological innovations in Mexico for in stadium fan experiences.

- Positive attitude, patience and persistence.
