Our drive is fueled by our talented and ambitious colleagues, who, in return for applying their skills, experience a supportive and collaborative culture, with flexible and impactful hybrid careers, where diversity is welcomed and personal growth is encouraged.Are you ready to make a difference?Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure the operational conversion of Finance strategic objectives within a specific business area and oversee the performance and development of a small team of FSC specialists.Ensure the integrity, viability, and interoperability of financial reporting processes and systems (Actuals, Budgets, and Latest Estimates), including tax data, inventory, corporate control, payments, and purchases.Manage and operate core reporting processes for actual facts and forecasts with agreed quality and fast turnaround times.Provide timely and accurate financial accountability services and data, including fixed assets, cash activities, and sales; ensure appropriate information is provided to relevant external parties.Manage audit reporting processes and assist in compliance with various tax reports (i.E., VAT, corporate tax, employee taxes); provide necessary data to internal and external authorities.Manage and automate routine information provision to local users from SAP and BW and perform super user responsibilities for Finance and Control modules in SAP.Oversee the development and maintenance of current reporting systems (SAP, BW, Excel); integrate other requirements and changing organizational needs to ensure that processes report actual data, budgets, latest estimates, and mid-range plans economically and agilely.Prepare ad-hoc and routine accounting/administrative information and quality financial analyses to assist in global and organizational requirements.Notify technical complaints/adverse events/special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.Distribution of marketing samples (when applicable).Key Performance IndicatorsInternal customer satisfaction with quality, proper use, and timeliness of financial analyses provided.Customer satisfaction in service delivery and specific process KPIs, as per agreed SLAs.Work ExperienceManagement and execution of operations.People leadership.Functional breadth.LanguageEnglish and Spanish.What you will bring to the position:Receive: (not required) Breakdown of benefits received in this role.
